Cannot access to internet explorer

Hi,

I was able to check your web site due to the problem with my lap top which could no longer access internet lately.

I have downloaded WinsockFix Utility from the recommended site by using other computer and save it to my usb. I run and it scanned my lap top but unfortunately when I tried to initiate fix, it is asking if I am registered. I tried to do my registration but my lap top is offline. Can you kindly advise how to do it right?
