You don't curretly have permision to access this forlder

Hi every one....... when i open my drive and try to open any folder or any file in it, it's showing "you don't currently have permission to access this folder" click continue to permanently get access to this folder. when i click continue its showing "you have been denied permission to access this folder..... to gain access to this folder you will need to use the security tab". i used security tab but noting happen. so plz tell me what i do..... i have official data in this drive and its so important to me. plz give me the suitable solution for this...... thanks in advance. reply as soon as possible.
