I do want to know what the solution to this ever coming out and during my various files that appear at the end for example% windir% \ system32 \ msconfig.exe please help me

Hello again Im a LookUpLookup I can not open advanced system settings every time pressing it always appears windows can not find % windir% \ system32 \ systempropertiesadvanced.exe 'Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again.
Help me please
