I have an iPod touch 2nd generation I can't charge..it says to connect to iTunes..but won't do that either...I just want to know simply retrieve content of iPod..and download to laptop

Hi,
As far as I know, to retrieve media from iDevices, you need to connect it with iTunes...

Thanks..for advice about iPod touch..but only thing is I can not connect to iTunes..It shows me that symbol on iPod but it will not connect..Thank you..I read the page you advised me to read..thks for advice..just logged into this today..nice to know
