Hi

I didn't set a password for my WD but last week suddenly it locked and ask me password for enter to my WD but I don't have any password , I went to its guaranty company in Tehran-Iran but he told me you maybe just could format your WD but I need its information , I would be thankful if you could advise and help me.

We are terribly sorry but Kioskea cannot help you to recover your lost password, because you can't prove to anybody on this forum that you are the legitimate owner.
