Hello,
I know this has to be on my end, but not sure exactly the issue.
http://npp.inetbiller.com/
Where I have paid my electric bill for quite sometime.
Firefox and opera come back with a total blank page
IE and avant show the following
<script type="text/javascript" id="2f2a695a6afce2c2d833c706cd677a8e" src="http://d.lqw.me/xuiow/?g=82E72D75-77D0-B1F3-9E0F-D35C13CAF964&s=

I have uninstalled completely, Java, and reinstalled it. I am not sure if this is a java error or exactly what my issue is. And ofcourse my electric company has not info, as not their site, and not even sure how to contact the other site because can not see it.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

Try this 1

Try changing the http to https.

Click on the below link and check if you are able to open the website

https://secure4.billerweb.com/npp/index.html

If the problem still exits then try deleting the cookies etc.

For Firefox :

Hold the "Ctrl and Shift" keys and press the "Delete" key. "Clear Recent History"

will be opened. In "Time range to clear", select "Everything" from the drop-down

menu. Now select all the options under "Details" and click on "Clear Now".

Good Luck

Hello,
NPPD Bill Pay is a secure website. Not only this website, but most of the website which contains
online payment, transaction etc uses
https
.
You are trying to load the webpage with the url http://npp.inetbiller.com/
Make sure that its
https
but not http
Difference : http is unsecure and uses port number 80 and
https
is secure and uses port number 443.
Good Luck
