Hello,and i need some advice on my pc because mine works fine but ever since we baught the routor my dad was turning the routor of and shouldnt be so it's messed up the connection on his laptop and just wont connect now so can someone plzz help.

Try to reinstall the drivers of the NIC of your laptop, it may be due to that.
