Hello try by rihgtclik my computer the go to manage,.........the select diskmanagement and see if the drive is healdy . if so go back to ur desktop
and open ur browser and go to google.com and search for download USB SHOW
when it finish downloading run the setup and select the language u want and then select show , so u will select the drive one by one then it will scan the drive
so dat u can access it .
