Laptop won't turn on...

So, my laptop currently hasn't been working. The only thing I did was leave it and I went to bed. So I woke up the next morning and it wouldn't turn on. It was fully charged and everything. So I decided to get a new battery. That didn't work. Then when I plugged the charger in again, I noticed something. The LED on the charger it's self would turn off when I plugged it into the charger.


My laptop is an inpiron N5050.

You can try this:


1) Unplug the power cord --> Remove the battery --> Hold the power button down for 60 seconds --> Connect the power supply then try to switch ON the laptop and later put the battery back into the laptop.
