My sound doesnt work on heaphones

Hello,

Can someone help me, my laptop sound is okay, but whewn i plug the headphones in, the sound goes off, but theres no sound in the heaphons either. reatlec dies recognise the plug. but it diesnt play. did anyone have this problem?
please answer to my email , thank you very much.

hi,
check your headphones in another device to see if it works fine.
go to "Sounds and audio devices" and check the settings for the headphones.
it is found in the Volume tab in the speaker settings section.
