My ipod 5th gengreation

It won't turn on at all, I don't see the apple logo or anything it was working fine yesterday!!!! I don't know what else to do I've called apple and they sent me these links: https://support.apple.com/ipod

I don't know what to do, my computer doesn't recognize that the ipod is in the USB port and I have four of them on my laptop and I used all of them and I have a wall charger for my ipod and it won't turn on then!!!!

I'm so lost can someone please help me ASAP please and thak youu

Have you ran through the instructions they gave you?
