Backround flashing

Hello,
My backround continually flashes. I have W8 and the panel screen does the same thing. It makes it hard to log off. can someone tell me what's going on? Also, my lights are all white. my laptop is a Dell Inspirn 15

Hi,

Is your Dell under warranty or less than 2 years old?

I suggest you consult Dell customer support because it's definitely a hardware issue.
