Hello, my computer will not start up and small message on monitor flashes that it is in power saving mode, can you help me, the only way to turn it off is at the power point , I am desperate for some help. Thank you , Helen (bamy Helen)

Try to reconnect the cable and ensure they were well seated and restarted the computer.
