Hey hang in there technician.
Remove the last board you plugged in and try a KNOWN good. Could be your MB, could be your card (whatever you did last).
Please sir/madam. I understand that you feel you are a computer tech, but please in order to get the MOST CORRECT ANSWER, we need to know all situations regarding what is happening prior to the error.
So, if you are building a pc, and cant get it to work, then tell us you are building it. If you went to turn it on one day and it didn't turn on, tellus that.
Please help us help you!!!
