Well first i disassembled the computer. Then i removed the fan cleaned the little aluminum coil ( it had some dust in it) i used a can of cleaner to remove extra dust and startdd to rebuilt it.. evetything is ok on the electronic side every wire are plugged no wire is broken... ive double checked this..
Note: my computer never did crash once before...
Note2: when i launched my game it crashed on high def ive lowered the graphic and the crash dramatically been reduced

Using a cleaner is something never to do, just as vacuuming should be out of the question. Compressed air is the only way.
Looks to me that you may have created static electricity which may have affected your graphic card or your memory stick.
Does it crash in safe mode?

Start in safe mode and see if it shuts down.
