Toshiba satellite r845-s85 won't start.

Hi everyone,
My Toshiba laptop won't start. When I press the power button the led lights that always turn on when starting up do as usual but after about a second turn off and just keep on turning on and off again and again.

I have tried removing battery, ram, HD, releasing flea power and almost everything I saw online.

Please let me know if you have a way to fix this!

I strongly suggest that you have a technician check the power supply.
