Dell inspiron i3 goes black on start up .

hi, my laptop goes on permanent sleep mode sometimes on start up.
it doesnt wake up as i press power button and other buttons to turn it on.
what is the reason behind it and how can i remove it? please help

Dell has a diagnostic system build into the computer. Try F12 right after you see the Dell logo. Perhaps it can tell you what the problem is.
