Question

I have Usb flash security and when I remove it MY USB 500GB CHANGE TO 642KB FREE SPACE AND I CAN'T see my files can someone Help me to fix this problem thanks

When you said you removed it....Did you uninstall the software?  You need that encryption to get to the files!!!!  

What did you expect would happen?  You should have unlocked the files and moved them, then uninstall the software.

If you forgot your password, so you decided to do what you did, then nothing we can do.

Re-install it.  It might work.  It probably won't though., as the PROG ID or some other controlling variable will not match.  Let us know what happens after you re-install it.

If i install it again i have to format the usb and i lose all my files if you know how can i get files back let me know thanks.

The post where there is prob nothing left to do.  Come to us first before making changes.  we could have come up with a strategy if it was planned!
