Please someone help.
yesterday i put some new files on my 2tb hard drive and it was working perfect.
later that day i plugged it into my WD elements play multimedia thing and it showed up for a few minutes but was real laggy and slow. i turned it off and since that moment it has ceased to work. I've tried my laptop and computer and it will not show up on either, but the hard drive itsself still flashes and sounds like it boots up when i power it on.
What can i do to get it to recognise my hard drive again please?

Sorry it looks like the hard drive has failed. Since two computers fail to connect to the drive.
Sometimes you can pry open the case and just replace the physical drive with a new one. This will save you some money.
Good Luck
