Internet connection issue Wireless laptop with vista shows connected to my home network with excellent signal but won't open to internet. Reads limited access.

You might have picked-up some malware. I suggest you go to the internet settings in IE and reset them to "default". I have seen malware that changed the settings to use a proxy server. Microsoft might also have a Fix-it for this type of problem.
