Monitor says no signal

I m in trouble I need ur help.
I hav problem that when i m trying to start PC is not starting, cpu light is on and cpu fan - SMPS fan also working but no Display in monitor it says no signal and Monitor light is blinking. And when I open cd drive is closed after sometime
I have checked Cable, Battery, RAM, SMPS, but problem is not solved.
PLZ HELP ME TO SHORT OUT this PROBLEM

Hello,

Try this 1

Check your RAM once again.

If you are having two RAMs then remove it, place only one RAM and check if you

are able to get the display. If the problem still exists then change the slot. If the

problem still exists then try the above procedure with the other RAM.
