I've been having problems with my Dell Inspiron N5110 and Dell has done nothing but making it worse. This time, the computer won't turn on at all. I've tried Dell's tricks that they've told me to do over their Tech Support Chats and it still won't work. Any tricks or advice?

You can try the hard reboot process:
1. remove the battery and power cord
2. push and hold down the power button for 45 seconds
3. restore battery and power cord
4. restart the laptop

It still isn't working. I tried in that order multiple times.
