I have a PC which does not have a wifi adapter I wish to share my internet with my iPhone(connected to a wifi) I don,t intend to use 3G/4G etc iphone does not allow personal hotspot on wifi so is there any alternatives or any app available that could help me out.

I suggest you buy a USB wifi adapter fro the PC.

As I said at the top all these sharing requires that Ur mobile data is on then u can share it through wifi/cable/bluethooth my question is a bit different I DON,T have a 3G/4G on I have a wifi connection which I wish to share through the PC via a cable I repeat I wish to share my wifi connection not 3G/4G with my PC through cable

Hello,

Everywhere I had looked for it is necessary to activate data connection.

Then the solution, as xpcman wrote it above, buy a usb wifi adapter for PC.
