My laptop dell company inspiron 15,5000 series will show dell company opening screen,after it will become plane,no next screen,becomes ash color .what to do for these to use in proper way.

Try this
  • Remove the battery and cable
  • Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds
  • Replug cable and start
