Hi.
Need some help guys!! I bought a Dell inspiron 15 last month, it was fine until today. I pressed the power button on, and it showed a black screen. No Dell logo no nothing.
Only a new screen but lights were on. Laptop has full charge too. Not sure what to do. Any help plz??
A few days ago, something similar happened, but that time laptop wasn't Turning on , later after some time it turned on by itself perfectly with a message on screen about some PowerPoint presentation that had crashed or something..I later deleted that presentation coz I didn't need it.
But Im really confused what to do now! Help please. !! Oh and I use Windows 10

Try this
1. Remove the battery and cable.
2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.
3. Replug and start.
Good luck
