My laptop is not loading

actually when i turn on my laptop dell inspiron it starts n starts showing the logo of dell but it doesn't load up mns it doesn't start up until i remove the battery n put it again . plzz help me fast plzz its very urgent .

Try this:

1. Remove the battery and cable.

2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.

3. Replug and start.
