Could you check the File Format? Are there any options when you right click it or it is just HELP? Does the drive have a letter? If not, run command prompt and write the command: diskpart ? list disk ? select disk ? assign letter =n (where n can be any letter you desire, which is not already taken).
If the issue persists, go to Device Manager and uninstall the device. Restart PC, plug the device back in and let OS reinstall drivers. Check situation again.
