Hey IESHWAR. Does the USB flash drive show up in Disk Management and if "yes", what does it say about it? Here's how to open up Disk Management: https://support-en.wd.com/
You could try to assign it a new letter: https://support-en.wd.com/
I'd suggest that you try the flash drive with another computer to see if the same thing happens.
