cant i use whatsup in my computer system internet i dont have android mobile phone so please clarify my doubt

Hello,

I mean you are talking about WhatsApp. Officially, WhatsApp is only supported on mobile devices. Then, there is a solution to emulate an Android system on PC: Bluestacks.
Notice that I haven't tested this solution, and I'm not sure it is working...
