Can not reboot my Sony Vaio

When I press the on button it makes two usual reboot sounds and then it stars again by itself the same process and it goes like that in circles for ever. I have tried "take out the buttery, than press Shift+F8+ Start" it did not worked for me. Please, help me to fix this problem I never had before. Thank you.

Looks like a power supply issue. See a technician for a replacement.
