Hello, i have an ipod shuffle 4th gen. i plug it into the usb port usb port in my windows computer and the light will not come on, itunes itunes will not recognize it not will my computer recognize that its plugged into the computer's usb port. i dont know what to do because the light wont turn on and nothing is recognizing it. please help ive made sure i have an up to date version of everything i need too. PLEASE HELP!

So is the iPod dead or just not recognized by Windows?
