Hello,

I am having problems with my computer, I am connected to the internet with Netgear wireless, I can get on line fine through my AOL brouser, and can only get on line with other networks using no add ons.

Sounds like your browser(s) are infected by malware. I would remove all the browser helpers and scan the system uwing Malwarebytes.
