Windows explorer deleted

Unfortunately i deleted windows explorer from my task manager. I cannot open my system. How can i make it normal..

Well, just because you stopped the service in task manager, doesn't mean it is gone. Reboot, or go to the CMD prompt and type in "EXPLORER".

It is a core component of windows, so I do not think you have deleted the software itself.
