Linking hk_current user to hk_localuser in re

Hello,
i have an environment where my systems are used by different users with different profiles,and i want to link the hkey_current user folder key of registry to a h_keylocal user folder key.
is it possible to link these two.
as when a user is logged in then if he opens the registry then there is no hkey_current user folder available in registry.
how to do this...
