hi , hmm have ya tried to contact your vendor, or to search on the net?
he he he he only the solution is check your lapto barnd name and the model no. then go type in your a internet browser ex. ur using HP laptop type www.hp.com then search the exsact model of you laptop then after that ur porblem done ok!!!
