Monitor wont leave power saving mode!

My Lg Flatron monitor wont leave power saving mode and I have replaced all the cables, tried with DVI-D & DSUB , neither will work to fix the problem, PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Thank you, I dont think it is the monitor because I did test it with a different computer & it works fine, no other monitors will work with the desktop, I tried 3 different monitors, no go. Maybe the card or do you think maybe the battery? Any suggestions are welcome, thank you :)

can you remove the video card and use the video output from the motherboard?
