Source Location of Win 7 USB Key files

The first file needed is < WindowsBootPCATbootmgr >. There are 5 others following in the paragraph "Creating directories and copy the necessary files". The instructions clearly tell what needs to be done, but nothing about where they come from, and some extensions are omitted. Clearly stated is the instruction "Copy the following files in the Win 7 directory".

It could be that there is some kind of coding or short hand going on, but I cannot figure it out. I note that the instruction was posted 3 days ago and maybe I am the first to try to follow it.
