to recover my original vaio software Solved/Closed

Hello,
i was having problem with my vaio notebook VGN-NR21E/S.so I prefer to format it .
when I give to to format to my brother he install vist ultimate
so my all original software were swept out . I want to bring them back , how could I bring them back.
i also went on viao website for that . but there I dont found how to download . so I need help.

at the time of boot. When u see VAIO logo, press F10 for about 10-20 times. U will see System Recovery Option. just follow all the steps and install all software after the boot.

Hi                                                                                                       I had to format my sony vaio VGN-NW13GH due to virus infected so now I lost my all original softwares and programs. So now how can I get back the original versions ,i want to get them back.I even searched in vaio website but dont know what and how to download.Plz help me out

Go to the nearest SONY SERVICE CENTER only they can fix it.
