Hello
I have a dell computer inspiron 14z-N411z
two year it work normally but yesterday when I want on it To install new windows the windows run up to 52% and after that computer became stack I press the power and I off them after 1 minute again when I want on it the computer is on but screen is became black.
can u help me how should I fix it

Try to replace the place and put it back, when you are done check if you can access the bios setup. also check the disk which you were using if it has scratches if it has then obtain a fresh copy of windows and setup DVD rom as first priority on the bios setup and install again
