does it post boot and blinks when it reaches windows loading or does not boot at all

cause if u do I should remove the battery and power cable then
remove the ram modules, HDD, mainboard battery, wait a minute or two
reassemble and power back on
but if you don't have any experience don't do anything and go to the service center.
