HELP!! Sony Vaio won't turn on!

My Sony VAIO won't turn on! It's plugged in and the orange light is blinking but when I try to press the power on button nothing happens except the green light turns on but only when it's being pressed! Please help!

Try this

1. Remove the battery and cable.

2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.

3. Replug and start.

I keep it opened for more than 5 hours withen that it opens to my surprise what is hs
