I have internet but browsers work

i tried the on start up ,type in cmd and restlog and all that but nothing im so frustrated,can anyone please help me? ty

sorry,i meant browsers will not work,no google,no firefox no ie this just started about 2 hours ago

i just wanted to let you know,that i figured it out ,thanks to this forum ,all i had to do was uninstall advanced system care 8,it was the last chance i had,there was nothing else on my computer and i did everything else lol but im all set now,i uninstalled google chrome and firefox with the revo uninstaller,i love that thing,and then went and reinstalled them from the down load page on google ,now im good as new ...thank you so much
