Acer laptop not turning on randomly

Hello,

My acer aspire laptop is not booting up.
when i press the power button, the indicator light is on and I can feel the fan whirring but there is not display. But this happens randomly... sometimes it boots up just fine... some times it does not. Please help

You probably have a marginal component on the motherboard. The usual fix is to replace the motherboard.
