I have Internet connection; but can't access any browsers

Hi,

Recently, bothmy browsers, IE and Google chrome, have stopped working, but my Facebook windows 8 app works fine.
I've looked everywhere, and tried everything that others have suggested; Reset winsock catalog, Reset resetlog
