A light flashing

Hello,
I have a dell inspiron 6000 laptop. I installed a keyboard. I turn on the laptop and the A light flashes for a few seconds and powers off. Can someone help me out.

After installing new keyboard it happens like this.?

The old keyboard on my computer had the letter L missing,so I replaced it with a new keyboard. After I installed the keyboard, l booted up the computer and the A light starting flashing for a few seconds and the power went off. It does it every time that I try to boot up.
