Blue light on all the time

Hello,
I need help with my dv6000 series HP laptop. I have just gotten it back from an IT company and all of a sudden it won't boot up. I have already replaced the motherboard several times and now the ribbons and quick play assembly. It starts and loops over and over and if I hit ctrl Ald delete it just stays on with a black screen. The blue light on the left front side never goes off or blinks on initial start up. Please advise I don't want to spend anymore on this POS.

Take it back for warranty work! Any reputable company will continue to fix, or replace your laptop if they took any money from you!
