Hi,
My dell laptop wont start up.when i connect the power cord also it doesnt start.The LED's at bottom of screen just blink and then go off.Can u plz help.

You can remove the memory modules (one at a time) to test them. Sometimes a bad module will keep a PC from starting.
Otherwise, it will take a local PC tech to diagnose the problem(s).
