Did you re-format it because of data errors?
If so then you will probably need to replace the drive.

Hi Naldo,
Open Disk Management and check if the drive is recognized there. Does it have a file format and a drive letter? If it is listed there, but without a drive letter, try to assign one. If the drive is not listed, enter Device Manager and search for it under the USB devices. Uninstall the drive and restart the laptop. Plug the device back in. The OS should reinstall the drivers. Any changes?
