Malwarebytes' update- now no internet connect

Hello,
I ran an update for Malwarebytes' on my tower, now I cannot connect to the internet. Everything is working fine from my laptop, so its something internal to the tower. Did a restore, no good. Ran a combofix, no good. Rollback and uninstall on driver, no good. Ispfix, no good. Tried to ping google, no luck. HELP!

Additonal note... ran an ipconfig/all and NOTHING came up

Samething happen to me, any luck yet! I am at a loss on how to resolve, just installed Malware, PrivacyControl and ErrorSmart and ran the scans and fixed the issues that were found now I can't connect. Tried runing the MS wizards to add a connection and can't get it to add a connection.
