Not been able to access this account

Hello,
I have a Hotmail name and over the last 5 years I have successfully used it in Thailand. I returned to the UK last Saturday and since then I have not been able to access this account since I have no code No. Also my telephone number has been cancelled. I know that I am receiving very important messages but I cannot access them It is imperative that I gain access as soon as possible. I have answered all questions but receive no acknowledge to an alternative Email advised. Can you assist in me obtaining my messages and to continue with the very good service?
